1. Get a festive wreath for your front door.
This is an easy way to add some holiday cheer to your home’s exterior. You can find wreaths made of real or artificial greenery, or even get creative and make your own!

2. Put up some string lights.
Lights are always associated with Christmas, so hang them up around your windows, on your porch, or even in your trees if you have any. You can even get battery-operated lights so you don’t have to worry about plugging them in.

3. Bring out the holiday decorations.
Now is the time to break out all of those Christmas decorations you’ve been storing in the attic! Dust off your nativity scene, hang up some stockings by the fireplace, and put out a bowl of candy canes.
