Warner's Bay 2

One thing that we love about working in Interior Design is the clients that we get to work with along the way. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting this lovely young couple in Warner‘s Bay who needed some assistance with Interior Design, Curtains and Blinds as well as Styling.

The initial brief was to create a home that had a “wow factor”, was fit for entertaining, but also able to grow as the family grows (along with having cat-proof finishes selected). Colour pallet preferences where silver, grey, white, and cream with dark timber accents.

Our Interior Designer, Jessica, took this couple on a journey to really pull out the tones of the colour palette, textures, rugs, and window coverings that would suit most to create a seamless, flowing and cohesive design throughout the home. To finish the project, Desiree, our newest Interior Designer to join the THQ family, took a collection of specific accessories and small furniture items from our retail showroom to finish the overall look being one of monochromatic sophistication.

Please enjoy looking through the photos below of this project that both ourselves and most importantly, the client, is very proud of the end result.

In the first picture, you can see the stunning 3.5 meter tall ceilings being complimented by sheer curtains. To create a seamless look, we took a template of the window angles to design a curve track versus using separate tracks that meet one another. We believe the details matter when it comes to creating an overall look of sheer elegance (see what I did there ;)!). The fabric selected here is Pegasus Cavalier Cloud with a matching block out curtain for privacy and to block the sunlight when required.

To pull all of the rooms elements together, we specified a rug from our collection called Opulence 3x4m. This particular rug happens to be 25% off in our showroom at the moment if you also love the look. Click here to see more details on this rug.

Below we specified the gorgeous prints from The Designer Boys which speak for the rooms, the upholstered chairs in charcoal, TV unit, cushions, side tables and accessories.
