2. Account Approval & Setup

Our team will be in touch to advise you of outcome of your application. Please allow up to 72 business hours for us to get back to you.

3. Brose the Tailored HQ Collection

All Showroom products are available for sale with a trade discount.

4. Discount Code - TRADE20

When checking out – be sure to use the code TRADE20 to receive your discount. Note: the discount will only work if you checkout using your approved customer account details (email address).

Please ensure you are logged in using the email account connected to your application. Once logged in you will be eligible to use the TRADE20 discount code.

The discount code only applies to some items in my cart, not all?

The TRADE20 discount code only applies to our exclusive range of Indigo Love products. You can browse the range here.

I've been a trade customer in the past, but I've not shopped on the Tailored HQ Collectors website - how do I get an account?

How long will it take to get my Trade account approved?

We endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, however please allow up to 72 business hours for a response to your application.

Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout?

No, only one discount code can be used per transaction.
