I first visited Tailored HQ as I needed curtains and to recover furniture.  I didn’t know which
upholsterer to choose and most of the fabrics I had looked at prior to visiting the store were
unappealing. I decided to visit THQ and let you do the searching for me and coordinate the
manufacture and upholstery.  

I received excellent, friendly and efficient service & support. I like that you let me decide what I
wanted (with some wise advice) but didn’t try to direct me to something I didn’t want.  The
curtains are as unobtrusive as I wanted and I love the sofa. For these reasons I would definitely
recommend your products and services.

We needed to buy something for our new windows that needed screening/black out treatments as both rooms are bedrooms so light in the early morning was an issue.  We decided to use TailoredHQ because of your range of fabric and you seemed to have a clearer idea of solutions to windows we hadn’t dealt with before (louvres).  I also wouldn’t have thought about curtains in the master bedroom or if I had I wouldn’t have thought about taking those to the roof. I think both of these things really help create a lovely space in that bedroom with a quite a distinct feel to the rest of our more family orientated home. The installer did a great job and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend your services to whoever asked.  I think price wise though they are a higher end product (also reflected in the result) so would consider that in recommending.

Before meeting with Lara, I knew the look I wanted but was unsure how to go about achieving it. She listened to me regarding the look I wanted to achieve, provided exactly the fabric I had imagined and provided solutions such as an invisible track in the bulkhead. My apartment now possesses a ‘luxe’ feel to it. I have total privacy without sacrificing my view and it has enhanced my living space. I would certainly recommend Tailored HQ for curtains. The installer was professional and did a fantastic job. From quote to installation, the experience was seamless!

We were unsure how to combine our old and new furniture after downsizing into our new apartment, as well as which window coverings to use.
